Each room runs for 60 minutes. Having said that, we do ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before the scheduled start time and we have a post-experience process which can take up to 15 minutes. On average, the experience runs for an hour and a half.

We have exclusive pricing for schools, for more information you can contact us.

We do often put small things in the room for people for a fee (ex. balloons, chocolates). This is dealt with on a case by case basis so if you’re interested in doing so, contact us and we’ll be happy to let you know if there is something we can do for you.

Unfortunately we do stagger our room times from 5-10 minutes away from each other to avoid traffic issues. If you book the facility during the hours that we are closed to the public, we can sometimes make an exception and start them as close together as possible.
